"Mark showed up on time and did fast work installing my new dishwasher and connecting the new refrigerator's water source. I asked him to come back this week and hook up 2 new sinks and the garbage disposal as the counter top and new sinks were installed. Really nice guy. I plan to use him for bathroom renovations too once we get that going!"

"We asked for help to diagnose and fix a problem with a stackable washer that left clothes soaked after each cycle. This was after I had tried to clean out the drain pump and snake the drain tubing out several times beforehand. Ryan was extremely professional, thoughtfully listened to understand the job at hand and very accommodating. He provided quotes upfront and was extremely courteous / helpful to explain what he needed to do. He was also willing to accept a job that not all companies would do (stackable washer/dryer seems to be avoided by other appliance service folk) and excel and fixing the problem (which ultimately boiled down to needing replacement belts and a latch switch). Lastly, he went above and beyond being able to accommodate a last minute request to troubleshoot a leaky kitchen faucet, again thoroughly evaluated the problem and performing a simple fix at the end. I was very pleased with the work done and the professionalism he provided. I would hire this group again in a heartbeat."

"If I could give six stars, I would. Joe could not have been quicker to respond, more professional, or friendlier. Within an hour of placing my service request for a faltering fridge/freezer, he was at my unit and quickly found the culprit. He had the replacement part in stock and made the fix in short order -- all at a very fair, upfront price. He's also an incredibly nice guy. As a first-time homeowner, I'm discovering all the responsibilities you're on the hook for when something goes wrong! You should be so lucky to have a professional like Joe at your disposal when those moments rear their ugly head. Will definitely not hesitate to call him again when something else needs fixing."

"Vince serviced two appliances for us. We scheduled reinstallation of a dishwasher that had not been installed properly when the house was built. It was complicated due to the construction of the cabinetry. He came up with a very satisfactory solution. We had difficulty finding someone to do a reinstallation since the dishwasher was not purchased locally by the builder. We were told by several service companies that they only service ones bought from them. While Vince was here we mentioned that we purchased a new rubber gasket for our freezer but needed help replacing the old one. Instead of asking us to schedule another appointment, he did the work while he was here. ASAPs pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent."
