He was very thorough and professional from the beginning of the project to the very end. I must also compliment his installation team, who did a superb job of removing the old windows and installing the new windows. Not only were they timely in the installation, but their attention to detail was noteworthy. They were also personable and explained the process to us. The windows are of high quality and I really like how smooth they open and shut. They replaced 40 year-old windows so no more drafty window leaks, and they actually reduce outside noise! Finally I really like how they look both on the interior and exterior. I told John the color of the window really makes the house "pop" in appearance. We really have enjoyed working with John and this company. We have decided to have them install more windows and even sliding doors."
