"I hired Granite Karma to do a removal of an existing counter and an install of a new granite counter. Ramon, my point of contact, was extremely responsive. He answered all of my questions (and I had many) quickly and thoroughly. All of their appointment times we kept and they actually installed our granite earlier than his first estimate date, which was already reasonable. The crew that did the removal of our existing counters were pleasant and worked quickly to keep the entire removal and install within a day. They did an ample job of cleaning up after themselves and even saved a few pieces of our old counter top trim that they thought might tie in well with our existing back splash (which they had to preserve since we already had that in place). As it turns out we ended up using those materials based upon their recommendations and it turned out great. I have worked with numerous contractors throughout the years and these guys were truly top notch.
